The Warriors rallied from a four-goal deficit to win their 22nd CHSL championship in 23 seasons and avenge a loss to the Shamrocks in last year's final. Junior Pat O'Hara scored six goals to lead the Warriors. Senior Justin Glod and junior Jordan Hyde both scored four goals. Senior Mike Cosgrove added two goals in the victory.

The Gryphons edged the Irish to earn their first CHSL championship in any sport. Senior Samuel Gargaro and senior Max Miller both had two goals. Senior Trey Feldeisen and junior David Welch both added goals. Sophomore Joseph Formicola earned the win in goal.
